Benvolguts companys/es,
Ens plau informar-vos de la programació de Jornades Doctorals-2012, organitzades pel Departament de Química.  Aquest acte pretén relacionar la Recerca realitzada pels estudiants del programa Doctorat en Química de la UAB, i afins, amb l’activitat Química tant en el món Industrial com d’Emprendedoria. Les jornades presencials tindran lloc a la Sala d’Actes de la Facultat de Ciències i Biociències de la Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona els dies 6, 7 i 8 de Juny de 2012.
La Segona Edició de les Jornades Doctorals comptarà, a més de la participació i contribucions científiques dels  estudiants de Doctorat de Química de la UAB,  amb la presència dels Professors:  
-Dimecres 6 de Juny:  Prof. Jean-Marie Lehn, Professor de la Universitat d’Estrasburg, Premi Nobel de Química l’any 1987 per seu treball en el camp del "development and use of molecules with structure-specific interactions of high selectivity".
- Dijous 7 de Juny: Prof. Benjamin G. Davis, Professor de la Universitat de Oxford, Premi Tetrahedron 2012 per Joves investigadors a l’àrea de Bioinorgànica i Química Mèdica.
-Divendres  8 de Juny:  Prof. Javier García Martínez, Professor de la Universitat d’Alacant, co-fundador de Rive Technology Inc. (“spin-off” de Nanotecnologia creada a l’Institut Tecnològic de Massachusetts (MIT )) i “Vice-chair” del Consell de l’Assemblea General del Fòrum Econòmic Mundial en Tecnologies Emergents.

Dear Colleagues,
It is our great pleasure to announce the "Segona Edició de les Jornades Doctorals" to be organized for the Chemistry Department  and held in the “Sala d’Actes” of the Chemistry and Biochemistry Faculty at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona , between June 6th,  and 8th  , of June 2012. This event aims to relate the chemical research performed by the PhD students of  the UAB Chemistry PhD program, and related programs, with Industrial and Entrepeneuring Opportunities. In its second edition, the “Jornades Doctorals-2012” will include an exciting series of conferences of 3rd - 4th year UAB-Chemistry PhD students, and three academic experts in different chemistry fields:
- Wednesday, 6 June 2012: Prof. Jean-Marie Lehn, Professor at the University of Strasbourg, Chemistry Nobel Laureate in 1987 for "for their development and use of molecules with structure-specific interactions of high selectivity".
- Thursday, 7 June 2012: Prof. Benjamin G. Davis, Professor at the University of Oxford, Tetrahedron Young Investigator Award for Bioorganic and Medicinal Chemistry (2012).
- Friday, 8 June 2012: Prof. Javier García Martínez, Professor at the University of Alicante, co-founder Rive Technology Inc. (Nanotechnology spin-off created at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)) and Vice-chair of the World Economic Forum General Assembly Council on Emerging Technologies
